- Marsala Glazed Tenderloin Tips
- Flash seared tenderloin tips, deglazed with marsala, served over creamy polenta and topped with Feta.
- Spicy Calamari
- Harissa dusted, tossed with jalapeno, pepperoncini and sweet pepper rings with cilantro aioli.
- Crispy Ravioli
- Five cheese ravioli with marinara and pesto dipping sauces
- Rosemary-Sherry Olives
- Spanish and Greek olives marinated in a fresh rosemary vinaigrette.
- Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- A spicy blend of Parmesan cheese, roasted red peppers, spinach and artichoke hearts. Baked golden brown and served with fresh bread.

ORSO is committed to supporting our Alaska fishermen and sustainable fisheries.
- Alaska Wild Salmon
- Mushroom crusted and pan seared. Over a white bean rosemary ragout with herbed tomatoes, balsamic mushrooms and spinach. Finished with smoked mustard cream.
- Cashew Crusted Alaska Halibut
- Served with a creamy golden raisin-caper sauce and roasted red pepper and spinach cous cous.
- Seafood Stuffed Yellow Tail Rockfish
- Alaskan salmon and halibut stuffed in fresh Alaskan rockfish, Served over a white bean reindeer sausage and manila clam ragout finished with hearty greens and red peppers.
- Bering Sea King Crab Legs
- Alaskan Red King crab legs steamed to order and served with drawn butter. Served with mashed Yukon Gold potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

Steaks and Roasts
- Grilled Top Sirloin
- Center cut sirloin, served with creamy Yukon gold potatoes, with fresh seasonal vegetables and a rich tempranillo sauce.
- Grilled Ribeye
- A 12oz cut served with roasted peanut potatoes, pearl onions, balsamic mushrooms, and roasted root vegetables. Finished with a balsamic glaze, blue cheese and roasted peppers.
- Grilled Filet Mignon Cambozola
- Tenderloin steak is topped with melted cambozola cheese, veal stock and tempranillo wine sauce. Served over creamy polenta and arugula tossed with an apricot-walnut vinaigrette.
- Traditional Chicken Parmesan
- Parmesan-crusted chicken breast finished with melted fresh mozzarella, housemade marinara and capellini.
- Lamb Osso Buco
- Fall off the bone tender. Served with natural pan jus, plum tomatoes, sweet and sour onions, Kalamata olives and creamy polenta.
