From ORSO’S fantastic bloody mary to our classic brunch offerings with “the ORSO twist,” all are sure to please. If brunch is not in your plans we also have our fabulous lunch menu available. Served from 11:00AM to 3:00PM
Starters
- ORSO Giant Cinnamon Roll
- Housemade cinnamon roll with a rich cream cheese frosting and candied pecan pieces. Big enough to share.
- Seasonal Fresh Fruit Cup
- Selection of assorted fresh fruit.
Entrees
- Seafood Crepes
- House made crepes filled with fresh halibut and salmon, served with pesto cream sauce and accompanied by greens tossed with balsamic vinaigrette.
- ORSO Eggs Benedict
- Two poached eggs over house made risotto King crab cakes and spring greens, topped with stone ground mustard hollandaise, and crispy ham.
- Frittata-Open Faced Spanish Omelet
- Three eggs, fresh roma tomatoes, diced peanut potatoes, mozzarella cheese and spinach, oven roasted and topped with spring greens drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Simple Egg Scramble
- Three egg scramble topped with three cheese blend and served with grilled pita and brunch potatoes.
- ORSO Blueberry French Toast
- Baguette stuffed with cream cheese, ricotta and Alaskan blueberries, oven baked and topped with slivered almonds. Served with house made vanilla whipped cream.
- Smoked Salmon Scramble
- Three eggs, fresh tomatoes and Parmesan cheese, topped with Trapper’s Creek smoked salmon and green onions, served with grilled pita.
- Eggs, Meat and Potatoes
- Two eggs, Alaskan reindeer sausage or bacon with a side of brunch potatoes.
