ORSO & Glacier BrewHouse Facility Information
ORSO Sideroom
The Sideroom is located towards the back of ORSO on the first floor of the dining room. It can seat a maximum of 25 people all at one long table. It is a private space with a door at one end, and a red velvet curtain at the other separating it from the dining room. The space may be divided in half to create a private space that can seat up to 14 people.
ORSO Mezzanine
The Mezzanine is a dining area upstairs at ORSO. It has a fireplace toward the back of the room and is decorated as beautifully as the downstairs main dining area. This space may be used two ways: the back of the mezzanine seats up to 32 people and is a semi-private space; while the whole mezzanine may be rented as a private area that accommodates up to 54 people. In both instances, seating is at tables of 6-8 guests (Possibly 10 depending on the size of the party).
Glacier BrewHouse Banquet Room
The banquet room at the Glacier BrewHouse is a private space that is directly across from the brewery. It seats a maximum of 32 people at four round tables; eight chairs at each table. The room is wheelchair accessible from the building's main hallway.
Family Style Dining
For parties of 15 or more we serve our banquets "family style." As the host, you will preselect a menu for your guests from our extensive banquet selections, which offer many of our favorite and most popular items. You will have the option of choosing up to: three (3) tantalizing appetizers, two (2) fresh salads or one soup, and three (3) delicious entrees. Your selections will be served in courses on large platters that will allow everyone to choose as much or as little as they desire, similar to a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner. For your convenience we also have dessert platters, handcrafted by our own bakers, which offer three different desserts and serve eight people.
Drink Service
All of our banquet spaces provide one to three servers depending on the size of your party. They will take care of your drink service whether you decide on non-alcoholic drinks, beer and wine, or full cocktail service. As the host, it is your choice to include drinks in your party budget. If you choose not to provide the drinks, your server can run a separate check (or two) for your guests as a “no host” option.
Special Requests
We pride ourselves in accomodating your special requests. We welcome you to bring balloons, flowers or other decorations to make your party special. You may also bring a cake, and your server will be happy to cut and serve it at your event if needed. Depending on the size of the cake there could be a fee. Our chefs are happy to work with you if you, or any of your guests, have a special dietary requirement. We do not have a child's menu, but just speak with the Special Event Coordinator and they can help you in choosing items that will please the younger members of your party.
Minimums and Pricing
We do not charge room rental fees as long as a minimum dollar amount of food and beverage are served. The minimums vary for each space and on the time of year and day of the week, so please contact the Special Events Coordinator for more information.
